In this time of the year many people are becoming interested about new methods to be in shape trough sport or diferent kind of activities. 
The preparation for the spring shape must start in October and continued every day in order to have results.
If you start to exercise 15 of March and you wish to have visible results until 1st of April, this thing won’t happen, no matter which sport you choose.
If you want to be healthy you must sport 2-3 times per week or every day at least 30 minutes.
Although I haven’t done any sport at professional level, I am a big fun of sport and I tried in a chronological order:
1. balet
2. gymnastic
3. rollerblades
4. badminton( advanced level)
5. handball
6. basketball
7. aerobic
8. fitness
9. volleyball
10. jogging
11. tae bo

From all these my favorite are jogging, biking, pilates, zumba, yoga and badminton.
Aerobic, zumba and especially tae bo can be very exhausting for most of people, thus they are not recommended to all.
The beauty about zumba is that you have a lot of styles to choose from: salsa, cumbia, merengue, bachata, raggaeton, quebradita, afro and others, so you can’t get bored.
In the future I want to add on my sport list also:
16. kangoo jumps
17. freewall climbing
18. tai chi
19. stiletto workout
20. bosu
